Comments, Compliments and Complaints:
Comments and compliments are always welcome. If you wish to make a comment or suggestion about any aspect of your treatment, please leave us a note in> our suggestion box at reception or send us an email. We operate an in-house complaints procedure which adheres to the National Criteria. A leaflet giving details of this procedure is available from reception, and our Practice Co-ordinator and Business Development Manager, Meghana Bhatt, can help with any patients in need of assistance with this.
